Forget-Me-Not memory Café - dementia support, is a community led initiative that provides people living with memory loss, their carers and loved ones to find a supportive social network through the casual atmosphere of local cafe's throughout Western Australia. Each café event is held once a month, over 12 locations.
Forget-me-not are currently collecting signature's from people who would like to have the opportunity to wear a dementia awareness pin, which could provide identification for loved ones as well as raise general awareness for Dementia. petitions are available at all FMN cafe's, otherwise, please complete the online survey located under 'FMN Initiatives'
Alzhiemer's disease does not discriminate and as such all forget-me-not cafe's are welcoming of people from all walks of life and cultures.
